This eticket is non-transferable. No refunds. No cash value. It is unlawful to duplicate. Using a fraudulent ticket is punishable as a Class 2 Misdemeanor with a fine of no less than $500. Not valid for HRT bus, ferry, paratransit or any other service. Riders must have proof of a valid fare to board a train. Print a copy of this e-Tide ticket or be able to display it on your smart phone. Have it in your possession when riding the train. The ticket is only valid for the individual named as the attendee. Ticket holder may be required to show fare inspectors a valid photo ID.
Retain the eTide ticket while on The Tide. eTide ticket is a proof of fare purchase and must be presented or displayed to HRT fare enforcement officers, if requested.
Fare enforcement officers regularly patrol the light rail vehicles to ensure customers carry a validated farecard, pass or eTide ticket. If you do not possess a valid farecard, pass or eTide ticket on the train, you may be escorted off of the train at the next stop and face criminal prosecution.
